Role:
To ensure the assigned reporting Cherry Coatings Office Locations are meeting overall goals and objectives, delivering profit expectations as well as growing and developing staff throughout time.

Key Deliverables:
Know and understand the "why" with City Financials Build & Maintain Customer Relationships. Maintain Gross Margin Targets. Strategic Planning Project Financial Tracking. Field Support - Problem Solving. Business Forecasting to Ensure Profitability. Vendor Relationships and Pricing. Drive Company Culture Through Core Values. Mentor and Develop City Leaders (1-1, 555, performance reviews) Quarterly and Annual Goals Each City Visit should entail: Quality Customer Touch Quality Team Touch "Focus Job" Job Walk (Deep Dive at office)
Review of Focus Jobs Review of Financials Hot Issues Mentoring of City Leader Department Scorecard Measurables:
