Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part Time Leasing/ Assistant Manager for Affordable Housing property In Tarpon Springs, Florida. The ideal candidate will have Tax Credit experience and RAD Experience a plus. Duties & Responsibilities Preparation of leases and other application forms Unit inspections and building inspections Ensure collection and deposit of all resident payments Ensure all residency files are maintained accordingly Effectively represent the company in community activities with the property Generate recertification letters LIHTC Programs Fully prepare and complete annual recertifications for all residents within assigned portfolio. Correspond with tenants and other departments to ensure recerts and move-ins are processed in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail Must be capable of overseeing multiple functions simultaneously, with a keen sense of prioritization Excellent organizational skills, attention to details strong verbal and written community skill. 10. Some type of formal training in the following areas: a. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software b. Fair Housing Laws c. Rent Collection and recording keeping
