Cumming First United Methodist Church (CFUMC) is looking for a Director of Youth Ministries to help lead a thriving disciple-making ministry for students in grades 6-12. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the spiritual lives of young people through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service, while building meaningful relationships with youth and their families. We are seeking a creative leader with a deep love for Christ, a heart for students, and a strong understanding of the theology and practices of The United Methodist Church. We offer a competitive salary $50,000 and $70,000 based on education and experience, along with a benefits package including a 6% pension after the first year, paid time off, support for continuing education, and reimbursement for ministry-related expenses.
