VP, Finance - Government Sector

VP Finance - Government / Public Sector Hybrid A large, established data and technology company is seeking a VP?level Finance leader to support a significant, revenue?driven Government / Public Sector business that is growing rapidly year?over?year . This is an incredible opportunity for a senior finance leader to act as the functional CFO for a ~$1B P&L , partnering closely with executive leadership to drive strategy and performance.

Required experience includes:

Supporting civilian government customers (Federal, State, or Local) with deep understanding of procurement and contracting Owning a large, complex P&L (~$1B scale) with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and financial accuracy Experience in SaaS or technology?enabled, subscription?based businesses Partnering with Sales on pipeline management, pricing, and deal economics Hands?on, data?driven finance leadership with executive exposure This role offers high visibility, strong business impact , and highly competitive compensation , including base salary, bonus, and equity potential. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
