RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY
Serves as the first line of support for leaders at The Queen's Medical Center (QMC) - West Oahu and Wahiawa for all finance inquiries and activities. Coordinates finance activities (budgets, forecasts, capital), performs financial analysis, acts on/resolves inquiries, identifies financial opportunities, and implements financial initiatives agreed upon by The Queen's Health Systems (QHS) Corporate Finance and/or Site Leadership. Responsible for achieving departmental goals and objectives and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. Responsible for the coordination of efforts with other departments within the organization.II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

A.EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, business or related field. Master's degree in business or related health care and/or professional field preferred.B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
No certification and/or licensure requirement.C. EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in healthcare. Two (2) years supervisory/leadership experience. Prior experience working with Executive Leadership. Solid understanding of business principles, i.e., financial planning, budgeting, decision support, business planning, organization theory. Excellent verbal, written and public speaking skills.
