Corporate/Sponsor Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

The Chicago office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Corporate Group on the Sponsor Finance team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds, alternative lenders, and banks in complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, incremental facilities, and bespoke credit structure. Candidates must be an active member of the Illinois bar.
