Special Needs Adult Day Program Director

Job Overview We are seeking a Pastoral, mission minded, energenic, Adult Day Program Director to lead a faith based entrepreneurial program for adults with special needs. In this vital rewarding role, you will oversee participants in their enterprise work sessions, parent correspondences, managing staff and volunteers, and scheduling. This position is one making a huge impact on participants' lives while managing operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise Citizens daily. Lead and supervise staff, ensuring effective team unity and management, training, and performance development. Schedule and delegate volunteers daily. Schedule weekly/daily enterprises with Citizen groups and coordinating staff. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and quality management protocols to ensure safety and service excellence. Utilize project management tools like Trello and Google Drive for scheduling and administration. Experience Managerial experience 4 yr minimal experience with special needs / specifically autism Undergraduate in Human Resources, Special Education, Psychology, or Business Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate conflict resolution effectively. Strong communication skills for parent correspondence, email blasts, presentation delivery.
