Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Manager of U.S. Immigration to support a large organization's Employee Success organization, focusing on strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement of internal immigration programs. This individual will monitor U.S. regulatory changes, assess business impact, and review or adjust policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness. The role partners closely with Legal, Government Affairs, external counsel, and internal subject matter experts to implement updates, analyze trends, identify risks, and leverage industry benchmarking to improve program execution and team structure.
