  • Full-time Job Overview The position is responsible for the overall management and administration of Porter County CASA.
Management includes oversight of the development, quality, and daily operations of the CASA program. Duties The position duties includes creating, implementing, and evaluating policies/protocol (including training); programming/events; recruitment, advertising, media, materials, and other external relations (public speaking); grant applications and reporting; fiscal management (with the help of agency administration); and oversight of personnel (staff and volunteers) and CHINS cases. The CASA Director interfaces with local and state officials, the State and National CASA Program offices, stakeholders (including court and attorneys), and the community.
