Job Description
The Director of Main Street Ministries (MSM) is an important position that requires a spiritual calling and giftedness to effectively minister to women who have experienced trauma in their lives. The director will oversee and lead the discipleship of women and their children through our Transformation Program. Successful candidates will have a love for Jesus and a heart for women in crisis who are seeking to transform their lives in our on-site residential program. Essential skills include strong communication, relationship building, and an understanding of trauma-informed care and trauma healing. This part time position will oversee staff and collaborate with them to care for the women in the program and the overall ministry. Housing Benefit As an optional benefit of this leadership role, MSM could provide on-site housing for the Director, if required.
