Job Description

Are you a high-level communications strategist looking to pivot your career toward a mission that matters? Randstad has partnered with a prominent faith-based organization in Central Kentucky to find a Director of Engagement and Communications. This is a premier leadership role for a sophisticated communicator who excels at the intersection of media relations, crisis management, and creative storytelling. You will serve as the primary architect of the organization's public voice across 50 counties, acting as a key advisor to executive leadership and the "face" of the organization to the media. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilities Serve as the primary media liaison; draft press releases, manage crisis communications, and identify opportunities for regional and national dialogue. Act as Editor-in-Chief for the flagship print publication and oversee all digital platforms (Web, Social, E-news). Maintain the organization s visual identity and brand tone across all departments and affiliated sites. Provide high-level messaging support for the head of the organization for public appearances and sensitive issues.
