TERRITORY BUILDER - SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS & ATHLETICS
Currently Hiring In:
New Orleans, Louisiana Mississippi Gulf Coast North Mississippi We're looking for competitive people who want to build a territory, create relationships, and earn based on performance—not seniority. Fundraising University helps schools, athletic programs, bands, cheer teams, and student organizations raise money more effectively while reducing the burden on coaches, parents, and volunteers. This is not a desk job. This is not a traditional corporate sales role. This is a field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and creating opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and school leaders Visit schools throughout your territory Conduct fundraising strategy meetings Help programs achieve their fundraising goals Develop and grow a recurring book of business Manage and expand your territory over time

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Selected candidates may qualify for our Paid Territory Builder Program during onboarding, designed to help support territory development while building a pipeline. In addition, we offer: Uncapped commission structure Six-figure income potential Exclusive territory opportunity Ongoing coaching and mentorship Performance-based advancement The ability to build a recurring book of business Many first-year Territory Builders earn $75,000-$100,000+, while top performers can exceed $150,000+.

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
