Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader in wastewater treatment and project management to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of complex and impactful municipal infrastructure projects across the Mid and South Atlantic regions.

As a Wastewater Treatment Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wastewater engineering, driving innovation, and mentoring the next generation of engineering professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert in wastewater treatment designLead the development of project deliverables and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teamsSolve complex technical challenges and evaluate the feasibility of alternative solutionsManage a portfolio of wastewater facility projects from concept through constructionDeliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality, timeliness, and collaborationMentor junior engineers and foster team growth and developmentOversee project scopes, schedules, and budgetsInterface with clients, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants to pursue and execute projectsIdentify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with municipal and private utilitiesSupport leadership in marketing and business development efforts
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field15+ years of experience in municipal wastewater treatment consultingProven track record in project delivery and client relationship managementStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordProfessional Engineering (P.E.) license
Preferred:
