Major duties include:
Developing and/or overseeing the implemention of programs and processes th ensure robust monitoring of financial transactions and budget execution. Ensuring development of effective, legally-compliant, fully responsive budget formulion stregies to provide for implemention of programmic priorities. Ensures th budget planning supports long

Planning, directing, and controlling the conversion of Census goals into program and project descriptions, work plans, and funding authorizions used to fund Bureau work projects. Planning and directing justificion development and presention of all official Bureau annual, supplemental, recession, deferral and reprogramming budget submissions to the Department of Commerce, Office of Management and Budget, and Congress.

PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
(PTQs) : Your resume should demonstre accomplishments th would sisfy the technical qualificions. Demonstred expert knowledge of budget formulion and execution laws, regulions, and policies within a large, complex organizion, including responsibility for preparing, presenting, and defending a multi-million-dollar budget and directing effective controls over resource allocion and expenditure execution. Demonstred experience managing and overseeing multiple funding sources, including appropriions, working capital and revolving funds, enterprise or shared-service funding, and similar mechanisms, with responsibility for resolving complex financial, audit, and compliance issues associed with those funds.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS
(ECQs): In addition to the Professional/Technical Qualificion Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment assessed for executive competency against the following five mandory ECQs.
