ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position with shifts within standard business hours, dispatching daily to job sites directly from home. As our Affordable Housing Area Manager, you'll start your day from home and head into the field, visiting properties, coaching site managers, and partnering with maintenance teams to ensure each community operates at its highest standard. You'll guide compliance efforts, ensure paperwork is accurate and timely, support teams through challenges, communicate consistently with corporate leadership and ownership, and bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to every property you oversee.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AREA MANAGER

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications: 3+ years of affordable housing site management experience 2+ years of direct supervisory experience A heart for affordable housing Experience with LIHTC housing compliance, familiarity with RD and/or MSHDA compliance, and prior area or regional management experience are preferred.
