Director of Programs

North East Seniors for Better Living is a small, community non profit that serves the needs of adults, 65 and over, living on Saint Paul's greater eastside. We provide outreach and service programs for seniors, including socialization lunches, community field trips, distributing prepared meals, providing rides to doctor and dentist appointments, and more. Our Director of Programs plans and leads all of our community programs. This will include at minimum, 3 community lunches, 3 field trips, and at least one games day per month. The Director of Programs position is expected to make a deep and powerful difference in the lives of seniors living here in East Saint Paul. Position hours are flexible, with only the Thursday luncheon planned in advance of each month. Jobs hours are flexible with only Thursdays being set in stone at 9am - 3pm. The rest of the week is flexible based on availability and program needs. All hours must take place during the weekday. Some weekends will be involved. Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license. Position is part time between 20 and 30 hours per week and pays $23 per hour to start.
