The household includes three children, ages 14, 12, and 10, two dogs, and additional household staff, including a laundress and housekeepers. The home is somewhat formal, aesthetically driven, active, organized, and runs best with thoughtful systems, excellent communication, and consistent support. This is a wonderful opportunity for a mature, intuitive, and long term minded candidate who takes pride in running a home beautifully and enjoys helping a busy household function seamlessly. Position Overview The ideal candidate is professional, loyal, calm, kind, patient, organized, self motivated, and nurturing. This person should be trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, safety conscious, and comfortable supporting both household operations and children's daily routines while maintaining a quiet, steady, and respectful presence in the home. This is a hands on role that requires flexibility, physical stamina, strong judgment, high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to operate without constant direction. The family is very active, travels frequently, and their needs may change from day to day. The right candidate will be adaptable, service minded, and naturally inclined to make life easier by anticipating needs, improving systems, multitasking effectively, and helping the household run more efficiently. This role is best suited for someone who is supportive without being a large presence in the home during quieter daytime hours. The family values someone who can provide calm, stability, and structure for the children when the parents are not present.
