  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion and purpose to reduce drunk driving.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic direction, operational management, and overall growth of the organization. Your leadership will inspire teams and foster meaningful relationships with community partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader committed to changing the drunk driving culture in Montana and the US through innovative program development and compassionate management. Duties Provide strategic leadership to advance the organization's mission, vision, and values, ensuring alignment across all departments and initiatives. Oversee program development and implementation, ensuring services meet community needs and NPO protocol is followed. Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth. Supervise regional volunteer directors and Fairy volunteers fostering a collaborative environment that promotes safety, positivity and accountability. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders such as government agencies, community organizations, donors, and families served. Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, and funding requirements related to each states rules and grant organizations. Lead fundraising efforts by engaging with potential partners and maintaining ongoing donor relationships to support organizational goals. Promote a positive organizational culture centered on inclusion, respect, and compassion. Experience Fundraising in both personal and corporate spaces. Proven management experience in a leadership role within social work or nonprofit sectors, preferably with organizations serving in impairment, addiction, EMS or law enforcement fields. Experience in program development, management, and evaluation. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing budgets, and overseeing administrative functions efficiently. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, community partners, volunteers, victims and their families. Knowledge and/or awareness of drunk driving culture. Experience in strategic planning or organizational growth initiativess is highly desirable.
