Job Description
Description Immediate opening for an experienced On-Site Association Manager to oversee large scale Association located in Southeastern North Carolina, twenty minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. This position requires a strong background in HOA Management. Requirements Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple issues and projects. Individual must have strong customer service skills and can interface effectively with sophisticated cliental. Excellent problem solving, solid verbal and written communication skills (including grammar, spelling and formatting), computer literacy, and a positive attitude are required. Manager to ensure the community meets its established operational, financial, and business performance goals. The candidate must be able to read, interpret and apply association governing documents, be experienced in managing multiple priorities/projects, including developing and managing budgets, obtaining service bids, managing contractors, and preparing for and conducting meetings. Candidate will also have experience in project coordination and oversight, with the ability to plan and reprioritize continuously throughout the day and week. Manager will coordinate and arrange all Board of Director and member meetings, prepare agendas, related reports, and meeting minutes. Interact and oversee activities of contract service providers such as landscapers, exterminators, waste removal, major repair contractors, pool and waterway maintenance. Review and provide timely authorization for payment of invoices.
Additional duties include:
routine inspections of property and developing areas, reviewing financials and aging reports, and developing appropriate action plans to achieve results. Manager shall respond to the needs of the residents and the Board of Directors in a manner utilizing advanced skills in customer service to ensure that both the internal and external customers are treated with respect. All concerns should be properly addressed in a timely manner.Job Type:
