This role plays a key part in supporting our accounting operations, maintaining strong financial controls, and continuously improving processes while contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

Corporate Office in South Sioux City, Nebraska What You'll Do Lead and develop a collaborative accounting and financial reporting team Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements Serve as primary liaison for external audits and financial reporting matters Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA required 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls (SOX experience preferred) Insurance or Property & Casualty experience is a plus Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
