Executive Director Youth Programming

The Executive Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Build Yourself Up's programs, operations, and growth initiatives while upholding the organization's mission of developing confident, capable young people. This role provides strategic leadership across preschool programs, camps, after-school enrichment, and community initiatives while ensuring a high standard of excellence in program quality, staff leadership, and organizational operations. The Executive Director manages day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, program development, budgeting, enrollment growth, and partnerships with schools and community organizations. This role ensures that all programs run smoothly, safely, and effectively while creating an engaging and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. The Executive Director is also responsible for expanding the organization's reach by developing new program opportunities, securing partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners. In addition to operational leadership, the Executive Director helps guide the vision and long-term growth of Build Yourself Up by identifying opportunities to expand services, increase enrollment, and strengthen the organization's impact. This role requires strong leadership, organizational management, communication skills, and a deep commitment to youth development, education, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive and mission-driven leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on management, ensuring that Build Yourself Up continues to grow while delivering exceptional experiences for the children and families it serves.
