For more information about the Center and its work, see: https://www.albany.edu/education/research/behavioral-health-promotion Essential Functions This role ensures programs and interventions are implemented with fidelity, staff and trainees are trained and supported, and outreach efforts effectively connect campus and community members to services and resources. The position manages stakeholder engagement initiatives, including advisory groups and recovery programming, and leads communication strategies such as health campaigns and social media. The manager also maintains key implementation systems and operational tools and supports program continuity through supervision, training, and backup service delivery. Through these activities, the role ensures prevention initiatives are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain engaged, and program objectives aligned with grant and institutional priorities are achieved.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in mental health counseling or social work Licensed to practice in the state of New York (i.e., LMHC, LMSW) Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and implementing health campaigns, substance use and mental health outreach workshops, and mental health and/or substance use preventive interventions Experience implementing digital health communication campaigns; experience designing and/or implementing peer-to-peer interventions or programs Experience providing supervision; proficient with Excel; organized, reliable, detail-oriented

Salary Range :
