Position Summary JusticeWorks is looking for a Full Time Program Director immediately, to provide advanced leadership oversight to management and field staff to ensure quality of service delivery. What you will do Manage all staff to ensure and enforce quality programming in accordance with local funding sources regulatory and contract standards and JusticeWorks' methodology Assure quality of operations: adherence to documentation requirements, file accuracy and enforce such with staff Assign referrals in accordance to program standards Ensure each staff is trained in accordance with company expectations Ensure each staff receives supervision on a weekly basis Recruit and hire quality staff Manage staff performance in accordance with organizational expectations Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly invoicing by deadline Develop goals for branch and monitor progress Attend and coordinate provider trainings and meetings as needed Identify opportunities for expansion Qualifications Bachelors Degree required Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle Pass current, applicable clearances Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug and alcohol screening Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Wellness Program 401K with company match Company paid life insurance Company paid short term and long-term disability Tuition Reimbursement Company paid holidays and paid time off Employee referral bonus Clearance reimbursement and renewal JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
