Church Communications & Media Administrator (Hybrid work
must be on site at least 3 mornings per week) About us We are seeking growth as an inclusive church community.

This role serves as a critical connection point in communicating inside and outside of our congregation.

Develop and implement media posts, website updates, and outreach strategies to effectively reach target audiences
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute media plans (this requires some on-site time)
Create and coordinate media with weekly message and order of worship
Coordinate with various committees and groups to post and communicate calendar events
Coordinate content and communication with a weekly e-newsletter and digital sign messaging
Participate in developing periodic reports including an annual report to the congregation
Monitor and analyze media performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Connect members and friends during times of need in their lives (this requires some on-site time)
Manage promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
Oversee the production of creative assets for media campaigns Church Communications & Media Administrator (Hybrid work

Effective communication and organizational skills inside and outside the congregation
Ability to exercise compassion and discretion in dealing with a variety of people
Strong knowledge of media planning, presentation development, and advertising principles
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
Understanding of social media marketing best practices
Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with media vendors
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with print advertising processes and requirements
