Job Description
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing North American Collections team; set clear expectations, encourage accountability, and create an inclusive, growth-mindset culture. Invest in capability building across the region and support career development and succession planning. Be a strategic thinker, leveraging the ability to learn to understand and connect complex business models quickly. Ability to influence senior stakeholders with empathy and integrity Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience managing direct reports with a proven ability to coach and develop talent.. 5+ years' experience in finance roles in multinationals. 3+ years' work experience in the technology industry. 8+ years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated ownership of Accounts Receivable and Collections Proven analytical, problem-solving, and executive storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear actions Demonstrated change management capability; track record of driving process improvements and automation In this role, you can never be successful on your own. You need to be passionate about working with others, helping others, and learning from others. You will need to subscribe to the principles of inclusion and to value and enjoy working in diverse teams. Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need a PhD, but you do need to care about the technology and be willing to build a real understanding of how to use it in the role. Flexible working with 3 days per week working in the office and 2 days per week working from home. Collaborate with Sales, MCAPS, Operations, and Engineering to improve business health metrics, and find solutions for our customers when help is needed to pay. Ensure consistent policy application, strong controllership, and alignment to global finance priorities.
