Job Description

Title:
Director of Revenue and Budgeting Starting Salary Range:
The starting salary range for this position will be in the $92,100-$94,863 range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Location:
Fully Remote Eligible within the US. Preference given to those who are near a Conservation Legacy Office.
Status:
Full-Time, Regular, Exempt Benefit Eligible:

Position Summary:
The Revenue Management Director oversees the compliance and administration of the grants/agreements, budget, and revenue related processes for Conservation Legacy's programs This position has a tactical focus, supporting and driving the completion of critical shared projects and workflows while providing support to shared and program staff. This position also oversees and supports workflows and processes that gather vital information to inform decision making, prioritization, and strategic guidance from Senior Leadership.   • Ensure grants and agreements are in compliance through a review process and are managed efficiently and effectively from execution through to payment.
  • Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about all relevant federal and other government statutes applied to agreements and grants and their proper management.
  • Manage Revenue Management Team, ensuring standardization of operations, sharing of best practices, and capacity support across the organization.
