The Opportunity This role is designed for a high-performing finance professional with direct experience in working capital and equipment finance. The position requires a disciplined, deal-oriented individual who can consistently originate, structure, and close transactions while maintaining strong, credible relationships with business owners and C-suite executives. The Executive Sales Officer will focus on Business Development across a national client base, leveraging both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound outreach. Success in this role requires the ability to move transactions forward with urgency while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and long-term relationship sensitivity. Core Responsibilities Identify and solicit new business through a combination of warm inbound leads and targeted cold outreach using in-house and newly generated lead sources Originate, structure, and close small to mid-ticket equipment financing and working capital transactions Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand client acquisition and market presence Build and maintain relationships with business owners, C-suite executives, and equipment vendors, converting those relationships into repeat business Present, structure, and negotiate financing solutions with a clear understanding of credit, pricing, and risk considerations Manage a disciplined pipeline with a focus on velocity, conversion, and revenue growth Oversee the full transaction lifecycle from initial outreach through funding Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine approach to maximize production Products and Financing Solutions Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience structuring and closing: Business line of credit Working capital loan Equipment loan Equipment lease including operating lease, capital lease, and finance lease Business term loan Invoice factoring Merchant cash advance Commercial real estate loan Business acquisition loan SBA loan A strong working knowledge of equipment financing terms, equipment loan term structures, and amortization schedules is required. Qualifications Minimum of three years of direct experience in equipment financing, working capital lending, or a closely related commercial finance environment Proven track record of originating and closing transactions and consistently exceeding revenue targets Demonstrated ability to structure complex, credit-diverse deals with accuracy and speed Highly deal-driven with the ability to maintain momentum while preserving trust and credibility with senior decision-makers Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively Experience managing both inbound lead flow and outbound prospecting activity Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and standard business tools including Microsoft Office Ability to operate effectively in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment Why Join Prime Capital Source 50% uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential tied directly to production Consistent access to qualified inbound opportunities and ongoing outbound lead generation support High-autonomy role with direct visibility to executive leadership Established platform with national reach and strong market positioning Clear path for advancement into leadership, strategic partnerships, or expanded production roles Collaborative, merit-based environment focused on performance, integrity, and client outcomes Application Process Qualified candidates should submit a resume along with a brief summary outlining: Three recent transaction or revenue achievements An overview of how you would approach pipeline development and deal conversion
