Administer, configure, and support Metro's suite of Granicus applications used for legislative, public engagement, and records management. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors as needed to maintain system reliability. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, and system configurations across supported platforms. Support legislative and public-facing systems to ensure accuracy and uninterrupted operations. Granicus Administrator :

Experience administering one or more Granicus products. Application administration and support experience. Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
