The Bilingual Account Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of the client strategy and growth. This role owns the account strategy, deepens senior-level client relationships, and ensures exceptional service delivery. Core Responsibilities 1. Client Strategy & Executive Relationship Management Lead client relationship strategy. Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-suite) to align workforce strategy with business objectives. Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring resolution through strong internal and external coordination. 3. Operational Excellence & Program Optimization Ensure consistent delivery quality by collaborating with the client and central delivery functions. Establish, maintain, and optimize Statements of Work (SOWs), including scopes, KPIs, change orders, and ongoing performance management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 4. Regional Collaboration & Internal Leadership Influence Communicate proactively across leadership layers to ensure visibility of risks, opportunities, and performance trends. Influence cross-functional stakeholders (OCG, Delivery, Sales, Finance, Operations) to meet client demands. Support and mentor local teams to build client expertise and improve customer outcomes. 5. Executive Reporting & Business Reviews Prepare and lead comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for internal leadership and client executives. Provide insights into performance trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations. Deliver data-driven viewpoints with confidence and clarity to senior stakeholders. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience Skilled problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments. Ability to influence and collaborate across all layers of leadership internally and externally. Demonstrated success balancing client demands with internal capacity. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; able to turn data into strategy. Experience preparing and presenting executive-level business reviews to senior stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-presence capabilities. The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $73,875 - $100,000 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
