Job Description
Job description Touchstone Communities seeks a Regional Business Office Director to oversee financial operations across our Texas senior living and long‑term care facilities. Reporting to Finance, Accounting & Administration, you will lead regional business office teams, manage revenue cycle, billing, collections, and resident accounts, and ensure accurate budgeting, reporting, and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer guidelines. You will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leaders to support compassionate, resident‑centered care, drive process improvements, and foster a family‑oriented, team‑focused culture.
