Lead and Develop Teams:
Manage all levels of staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.Ensure Compliance:
Maintain adherence to Life/Safety Codes (101) and federal and state fire, safety, and health standards, keeping compliance records current.Manage Financial Operations:
Oversee referrals, client fee collections, and budget expenditures, ensuring they align with approved budgets.Supervise Program Development:
Guide and monitor the creation of program curricula, conducting unannounced visits to classes or sessions for quality assurance.Uphold Client Services Standards:
Maintain grievance logs, ensure grievances are resolved promptly, and meet program and funding source requirements. Provide 24/7Support:
Ensure supervisory assistance is available at all times, making unannounced facility visits at least monthly.Report and Monitor Operations:
Submit detailed monthly reports on facility activities and monitor correctional programs, including random testing with proper documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field Prefer 2+ years experience as a manager in a corrections facility or re-entry facility. Valid Texas Drivers' License.
