Job Details The Public Works Crew Leader - Utility Cut Services plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the City of Plano's infrastructure through hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and responsive public service. This position leads field crews in the repair and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, alleys, drainage systems, right-of-way areas, and other public assets while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinates daily work activities through asset management systems, operates heavy equipment, responds to citizen concerns with professionalism, and supports emergency operations during severe weather events.
