YYOUR JOB
As a Regional Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for programs and services across multiple offices. You will guide and support local directors and supervisors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective service delivery aligned with The Bair Foundation's mission and model of care. Through strong leadership, accountability, and collaboration, you will drive program outcomes, promote safety and stability for children and families, and support sustainable program growth.WHO WE ARE
Founded in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a Christian non-profit ministry serving children and families. We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in multiple states across the country. Our programs are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, and culturally competent, making a meaningful and lasting impact on the children and families we serve. - Lead with Vision
- Provide leadership and direction to assigned offices, ensuring programs operate with excellence, integrity, and alignment to agency standards.
- Ensure Safety & Quality
- Oversee program implementation to ensure services are safe, nurturing, and compliant with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
- Develop Leaders
- Supervise, coach, and support directors and supervisors, promoting accountability, growth, and high-performing teams.
- Drive Outcomes
- Monitor program performance, productivity, and outcomes, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Support Growth & Sustainability
- Assist with budgeting, program development, and new business initiatives, including proposals and strategic planning.
- Collaborate & Represent
- Build strong relationships with internal leaders, community partners, and stakeholders while staying informed on legislative and industry trends.
WHAT YOU BRING
(Basic Qualifications)Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field; master's degree preferredRequirements:
Progressive leadership experience in child welfare, foster care, or human services- Strong knowledge of regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Ability to manage multiple programs and lead teams across locations
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Must possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
- Advanced degree or professional licensure in social work or a related field
- Experience supervising directors or multi-site programs
- Experience with budgeting, program development, or growth initiatives
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills
