YCC Family Crisis Center is in its 81st year of serving Ogden and Northern Utah. The Victim Assistance Center provides support to individuals and families escaping abusive situations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the successful management and operation of all HAC programs, services, and facilities. Monitor and enforce policies and procedures of HAC. Update policy and protocols as necessary. Supervise HAC staff and programs, including Transitional Housing, CoC Housing, and Office of Homeless Services Funding. Conduct regular meetings for staff. Supervise, train, and evaluate HAC staff, volunteers, and interns. Effectively manage all grants and contracts pertaining to the HAC. In coordination with YCC Grant Writer, prepare proposals and grants to maintain existing programs and expand new programs. Complete the monthly billing contract as required. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports thoroughly and on time. Comply with grant contract requirements, goals, and objectives. Supervise proper maintenance of client records to ensure adherence to grant standards. Prepare and coordinate contract audits. Develop and adhere to HAC budget. Responsible for scheduling the upkeep and maintenance of on-site housing apartments. Act as a property manager for on-site TH units, including: Collect rent Maintain leases Oversee evictions Tenant mediation Supervise accuracy of housing program client assessments and self-sufficiency plans; ensure that appropriate related documentation is accomplished within program guidelines, and files are up to date. Ensure accuracy of
HMIS/VELA
data input. Meet with housing clients individually to assess client progress. Responsible for compliance with HAC programs, finances, and activities as outlined in pertinent grants, contracts, and YCC policy and procedures. Represent YCC on homeless and housing-related committees. Prepare required reports for all grants. Work in collaboration with community partners and agencies. Adhere to all policies and procedures stated in YCC Employee Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual. Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience, or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities. Property management experience is a plus. Ability to communicate and work with diverse populations. Experience with effectively developing and managing budgets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy including MS Office products and Google Suite. Exceptional time-management, planning, and administrative skills. Demonstrate high level of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion. High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility. Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude. A commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives. Ability to think strategically and interact with all people within the organization. Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.
