The ideal candidate will have experience with staff supervision, licensing compliance, classroom support, parent communication, accreditation or Early Achievers documentation, and preparing for licensing or quality-rating visits. Candidates with proven compliance leadership and the ability to support director-level responsibilities may be considered at the higher end of the range. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement curriculum plans that promote developmental milestones and innovative teaching strategies. Supervise and support teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and supervise staff scheduling. Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, safety regulations, and educational policies. Assist the Director with licensing visits and Early Achievers quality improvement. Qualifications Proven management experience in an early childhood education setting or education administration role. Extensive supervising experience with staff development, performance management, and team leadership. Hands-on classroom experience working directly with young children and engaging in teaching activities. Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and classroom standards. Excellent communication and organizations skills. Background in improving program quality and enrollment growth.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
