VP/Director of Finance

A mission‑driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. The organization operates within a complex funding environment that includes federal, state, and grant‑funded programs and is in a period of continued growth in scale and funding complexity.

The Finance Director will play a critical leadership role in ensuring long‑term financial sustainability, transparency, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership and program teams.

The salary range for this position is 130,000 to 160,000. : Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 3% match and 21 days of paid vacation, 7 days of paid sick leave and 14 paid holidays per calendar year.
