  • This role is responsible for supporting the Contract Administration team by processing customer orders, ensuring alignment with quoted terms, confirming orders, and serving as a key point of contact for customer communication.
Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and organize incoming customer orders Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, updates, and order changes Match customer PO terms with quoted pricing and confirm order accuracy Prepare order packages, including gathering documentation and engineering drawings Assist in pricing proposals by collecting supplier costs and supporting financial analysis Create and manage purchase orders; follow up, track, and expedite supplier deliveries Monitor production status and address delays or issues with suppliers Submit quotations through customer portals and systems Research prior orders and compile historical data for estimating purposes Support general administrative functions (phones, emails, document management)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED + 4 year degree Strong data entry and attention to detail Basic Excel skills (sorting, filters, simple formulas) Comfort working with deadlines and repetitive tasks A bit about us:
