Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new releases
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to sell products and services effectively
  • Knowledge of technology products and electronics sales is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset for serving diverse customer base
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
  • Assist the buyer with purchasing clothing, accessories, and seasonal inventory
  • Help track inventory levels and restocks items
  • Organize and merchandise incoming product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

Part-time hours with Full-time potential Weekend and Holiday availability may be needed
