The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, ensuring that materials and supplies are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred. Duties Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for operations. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information within our systems. Process invoices and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods. Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines. Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as requested by management Support logistics tracking and assist in coordinating shipment details Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the purchasing department Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Fluency in Mandarin 1+ year of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within purchasing or supply chain Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of logistics concepts (shipping terms, lead times, etc.) is a plus Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
