In this role, you will support the procurement process by managing inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the selection of products that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management systems and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations. Responsibilities Procurement Purchasing Issue purchase orders for raw materials, components and services Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes Production Planning Support the development and maintenance of production schedules. Coordinate materials availability with production needs. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve materials or scheduling issues. Inventory Management Track inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory processes. Maintain accurate data Supplier Communications Communicate order status, changes, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors. Complete other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in purchasing, planning or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing). Experience with ERP or similar inventory management systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound purchasing decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
