Job Description

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Rep/Purchasing Assistant professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities Assist in placing purchase orders and tracking order status Communicate with domestic regarding pricing, availability, and lead times Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods Maintain accurate purchasing records, including pricing, order history, and vendor information Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, or product quality Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings Work cross-functionally with warehouse, sales, and operations teams Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (spoken preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
