This role offers both challenges and rewards for the right candidate. It is a mid-level position that connects supply chain management with administrative office tasks. Responsibilities Proven experience with Jobboss2 or similar procurement platforms . Assist with processing RFQs and purchase orders using Jobboss2, creating and managing purchase orders (POs) with accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules. A background in manufacturing is preferred. Communicate with domestic and international vendors to request quotes, confirm order details, and address shipment issues. Collaborate with management to forecast material needs based on production schedules and inventory levels, supporting efficient planning. Keep detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications for audits and transparency. Handle logistics tasks like tracking shipments, managing delivery timelines, and resolving supply chain disruptions. Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and contracts. Monitor inventory levels, track in-transit goods, and resolve receiving, invoice, or delivery problems. Maintain comprehensive logs of contracts, purchase records, and supplier performance using Jobboss2. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
