You'll coordinate international sample shipments, track limelines, and ensure products arrive on schedule for four major shows each year. Perfect for a detail oriented multi-tasker with a passion for home furnishings and design Duties This role is essential in coordinating the movement of new product samples from international suppliers and ensuring timely delivery for our four annual furniture shows. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely interested in the home furnishing industry. You'll support the Project Managers in tracking shipments, managing timelines, and keeping projects on course - while gaining valuable exposure to international sourcing, logistics, and product development. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable under deadlines Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Excellent communication skills Self-starter with the flexibility to adapt and support team needs
