Purchasing Assistant

Purchasing Assistant position includes daily purchasing tasks, maintaining relationships with both vendors and clients, performs cost analysis, maintains purchasing records and supports general office administrative work. . Responsibilities Handle daily purchasing tasks in SAP B1. Process purchase inquiries and prepare sales quotations. Arrange logistics and transportation for shipments. Perform cost analysis and maintain purchasing records. Support general office administrative work. Qualifications Experience with SAP B1 preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Good oral and written communication skills. Organized, responsible, and detail oriented. Preferred Skills Experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Ability to analyze pricing and transportation costs. Familiarity with ERP systems

Pay:

$23.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
