Administrative & Purchasing Assistant Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Join Our Team! We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Administrative & Purchasing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're highly organized, enjoy working with numbers, and have strong Microsoft Excel skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role supports our administrative, bookkeeping, and purchasing operations. Previous purchasing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Create, update, and analyze Excel spreadsheets and reports. Process and track purchase orders. Assist with purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment. Match and reconcile invoices, receipts, and purchase orders. Assist with month-end reporting. Support accounts receivable activities. Maintain organized files and records. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment. Provide administrative support to management. Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, spreadsheets). Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Strong math and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Purchasing or purchase order experience is a plus but not required—we provide training.
