To support the Operations/Facilities and Business Services Departments in pursuit of the District's annual strategic plan goals. To be effective and efficient in the operations of both departments in a flexible fashion to meet deadlines and tasks set by the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services/CSBO and Director of Operations.QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred 2. School district experience preferred 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 4. Ability to prioritize and self direct in changing environment 5. Experience with the Google suite and financial softwarePERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support Assistant Superintendent for Business Services in managing projects and calendars 2. Support Director of Operations with facility management, invoicing and billing 3. Maintain departmental calendars including scheduling meetings and meeting space 4. Assist in scheduling of District building use by internal parties/groups and outside entities 5. Support purchasing and procurement through vendor set up and processing requisitions/purchase orders 6. Secure quotes/estimates for purchased services, supplies and capital outlay 7. Coordinate collection of contracts, certificates of insurance and documents for record keeping/audit purposes 8. Coordinate and oversee bid compliance and request for proposal processes 9. Reconciliation of credit card purchasing 10. Coordinate tagging and inventory of fixed assets 11. Serve as a back up to the transportation office 12. Prepare and maintain a wide variety of reports, documents and correspondence 13. File management and destruction 14. Respond to inquiries to provide information and facilitate communication from internal and external parties 15. Other responsibilities as assignedPHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pound items.TERM :
