Clothes Mentor stores are all individually owned and operated. There are many Clothes Mentor stores throughout the United States, each serving its local community by both buying and selling high-quality items. The concept puts money back into the pockets of the people within the community and promotes the reuse of goods, which also benefits the environment. Our Assistant Manager/Stylist/Buyer Associate's at Clothes Mentor are an extremely crucial and important aspect to the success of the store. Here are a few of the requirements for this position: Provide top level, amazing customer service to every customer.
Typical duties include:
greeting customers and assessing their fashion needs; operating computerized POS registers; inspecting, sorting, entering items customers wish to sell; filling racks with fresh inventory; answering incoming telephone calls; assisting customers with fitting rooms; cleaning duties; loss prevention awareness; other duties as assigned by management. Must be "fashion forward", recognizing the latest trends and styles in women's apparel and accessories. A natural, deep understanding of women's "better brand" fashion trends is required to assist our customers who are buying and/or selling to Clothes Mentor. Our team needs to be available to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Perform and act as a supervisor of scheduled staff; process customer returns; perform opening/closing duties; attend/participate in management/staff meetings; other management duties as assigned. This is a high energy and fast paced environment!
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.50 per hour
