Responsibilities Responsible for matching PO numbers to packing slips Scanning packing slips into DAX and Nimbello Monitor backorders Keep track of late vendors Process PO Number confirmation File open and completed POs Maintaining an organized filing system Manage RGMs Order non-production supplies and call for trash pickup Maintain cleanliness of office and assist with physical inventory Qualifications Basic Computer Knowledge Microsoft Office - Excel Proficient Must be able to read blue prints Effective written and verbal communication skills Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
