Is so being, we are required to comply with strict regulations and requirements. The Job Planning Department is the starting point of successful operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to job planning manager and performing administrative duties. Review incoming purchase orders for all necessary information. Contact customers with any questions or about any changes in a prompt and professional manner. Communicate with supervisor about any process changes and complicated planning sequences. Review each incoming part number in Paragon database for accuracy or enter if new. Generating work orders according to customer purchase order requirements. Complete work order packets that contain all required technical data needed to process. Ensure continuous flow of work order completion. Copying, scanning, and filing documents. Professional appearance. Performing other administrative tasks, if required. General weekly housekeeping and other duties assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Possess a high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of handling multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Adhere to set guidelines and company policies. Flexibility to work overtime as needed on a day-to-day basis. Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Energetic and with positive attitude. Self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
