Purchasing and Utility Clerk 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 26444 US Route 11, Evans Mills, NY 13637 $16.00 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time Bradley's Military Enterprises 5 reviews $16.00 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time Purchasing and Utility Clerk Bradley's is looking for a Full Time Purchasing and Utility Clerk to add to our winning team. This position supports the business operations by ordering supplies, inventory , and raw materials as requested by Managers. The Purchasing and Utility Clerk reports directly to the Store Manager, providing administrative support and maintaining inventory and purchase records throughout the procurement process. This position also contributes to vendor relationship management and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Additional duties include administrative support to customers telephonically and via email as well as assisting the Ecommerce team with order fulfillment. Responsibilities and Duties Create Purchase Orders (POs) using order request forms and the Point of Sale (Rain) system Communicate with vendors to ensure timely shipments of goods Compare Receiving Logs with POs to ensure correct pricing and quantity of items received Collaborate with other members of Admin team to ensure efficient recordkeeping Communicate with peers and Managers Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and maintaining databases Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing Entering Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable information into QuickBooks Online Communicating with vendors to maintain relations and actively collect invoices Assist with Front Register operation and providing customer service support Pick, pack, and ship online orders efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering questions and making product recommendations.
